This policy explains the information Quick Prints Fulfillment collects through its update signup and contact options, how those records are managed, and how you can request access or removal.
Email update signup
When an update signup form is presented, it invites you to “Leave your email for future Quick Prints Fulfillment updates.” The form asks for your email address and requires agreement to the statement: “I agree to receive email updates from Quick Prints Fulfillment.”
Submitting the form creates a record in the site’s WordPress database. That record contains your email address, a hash used to identify duplicate signups, the signup time, the source page path without its query string or fragment, the consent wording you accepted, and the record’s collection status.
The signup supports collection for future updates. It does not indicate a particular sending schedule. Email delivery, confirmation, and automated unsubscribe features require separate configuration.
Contact messages
If you contact Quick Prints Fulfillment, the message includes the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address, message, and any attachments you send. Avoid including information that is not needed to answer your question.
Record access and retention
Authorized website administrators can view, export, and remove update signup records. These records are also included in WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools. Signup records remain in the database until they are removed or an erasure request is processed.
The signup system also creates temporary anti-spam rate records using hashed network identifiers. These temporary records are subject to periodic cleanup.
Your choices
To request access to or removal of an update signup record, email contact@quickprintsfulfillment.com and identify the email address used for the signup. Email is also the current route for requesting removal when an automated unsubscribe option is unavailable.
